Every student is different and a good curriculum in a one-to-one setting should be designed to meet the student's specific needs in a way that builds on the students strengths while addressing any weaknesses in language acquisition and mastery. It must also cover the essential content so that the student can achieve maximum success. To reach this goal, we draw from a variety of resources to put together lessons that include vocabulary, sentence structure, grammar, phonics, reading, math vocabulary and a variety of interesting pieces of literature and grade appropriate science and social studies content.
